Terms and Conditions
For trading purposes, New Zealand Road Transport Association Region 2 Incorporated is a New Zealand incorporated society. By purchasing through this website you agree to its terms are conditions which are as follows:
Payment & Confirmation of Registration
You will be issued an invoice following completion of your online registration and payment by credit card. Registrations will be considered complete only once credit card payment is successfully received.
Conference programme and speakers subject to change
The conference programme and speakers may change at any stage and as such, both may differ from the advertised programme and speakers listed on this website.
Cancellations and refunds
Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference organisers. Cancellations received after 13 September will not receive refunds unless exceptional circumstances prevail, and any such refund is solely at the discretion of the organisers. Cancellation charges and administration fees will be incurred and payment will be sought regardless of whether your attendance costs have been paid at the time of your cancellation. All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the meeting organisers of any name changes before 13 September.
You may transfer your booking to another party, however this must be communicated to us by email before 13 September 2019. If the original booking was for RTF members, you may only transfer your booking to other RTF members, otherwise either you or the new registrants must pay the difference in price. There are no refunds if you transfer your non-RTF member booking to an RTF member.
Update of registration names
Upon booking, you may specify “TBC” as the attendee name(s) if you are unsure of who in your group will be attending. However, these names must be updated either directly on the website (through an account you create) or communicated to us by email by 13 September 2019.
